Problema Jogo Original

Galera é o seguinte, comprei esse jogo original de uma loja da minha cidade, nele veio 2 dvds mais o manual em português, quando eu terminei de instalar, apareceu uma janela o qual estava escrito assim:

quando clico nessa ultima aparece o seguinte:

O que eu ja tentei fazer.

1)clicar na primeira, digitar o codigo que veio atras do manual, e ficou carregando e no final dava erro.

2)tentar todas as outras opções

3)tentar fazer aquela ativação offline, porém nao consegui nao entendi nada do que é para fazer.

4)tentei digitar o serial em maiusculo e minusculo.

5)redigitei o serial varias vezes.

Como eu faço para resolver isso alguem pode me ajudar?
