I have an 8800GTS (G92) and yes it is VERY HIGH quality. I use a config file to unlock all settings.

Quality is much higher than console versions of GTA4. MY FPS did not go below 30FPS! Which is good for this game and my settings/video card. Average fps is in the 40's.

1280 x 720 with 2 x AA and runs at around 29-30fps

Texture Quality = Medium

Render Quality = Low

View Distance = 21

Detail Distance = 10

Vehicle Density = 33

Shadow Density = Not available on the consoles

The PS3 version of the game runs at :-

1120 x 640 with NO AA and is upscaled to 720p at around 29fps

Render Quality = Low
