Gigantic pad miss at the end: yes, I did hit the pad, but it did not register the hit.

The green on my set's been going out for a while: you can see it screw up again in the Hanging On The Telephone where i hit it and overdrive doesn't activate.

Otherwise, pretty nice run, correct OD path, etc.
