Ta em ingles mas é facil

Open start menu type in "regedit" in the search bar and run it.

Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Open SOFTWARE

Open Wow6432Node

Open Rockstar Games

Select Grand Theft Auto V

At the right side double click "Language" and set it to en-US

Play the game
