To change the language from german to english :

Open the steam_rld file ,which is in the installation directory ,with notepad.

Now change the last line in this file ,which reads Language=german to Language=english.

Now the games default language is English.

Para alterar o idioma de Alemão para Inglês: Abra o arquivo steam_rld, que está no diretório de instalação, com o bloco de notas. Agora altere a última linha deste arquivo, que lê Language = german para Language = English . Agora, a linguagem jogos padrão é Inglês.
