Scorn was first announced on November 12, 2014, with a trailer showing pre-alpha images, followed by an unsuccessful Kickstarter campaign in December of the same year, but despite this, the game has continued to develop and it looks like it finally will see the light of day, as the game has been confirmed as one of the first titles in the early life of the Xbox Series X | S.
In it the player controls a skinless humanoid, lost in a bizarre world and full of strange creatures, where everything seems to be organic in a mixture composed of steel, meat and bones. The player will explore different interconnected regions in a non-linear way, in search of answers that explain more about the game world.
The YouTube channel GameClips published an extended trailer of the game with a little more than 7 minutes in duration. Some scenes from this trailer have been seen previously, but this current video has previously unpublished scenes. A macabre soundtrack accompanies the bizarre images of the game's environment. Scorn will be released for Xbox Series X | S and PC at a date not yet defined.
