With Microsoft having finally revealed the prices and launch details for the Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, now the eyes are on Sony, which is still silent on similar details on the PS5. The console is scheduled to be released later in the year, which means we shouldn't be too far away from such information becoming officially available, but while we wait for that to happen, that information may have come from other sources.
Retailer listings for PS5 accessories have been appearing on various websites for a while, and some of them may have warned us when we can expect the console to launch. A wall mount for the PS5 is listed with a November 19 launch on Amazon UK, while Gizmodo reports that several PS5 accessories have a November 20 launch date on Amazon Japan. Previous reports have suggested that Sony is planning a mid-November release for the PS5, and that would certainly agree with that.
Meanwhile, a UK retailer said recently that PS5 pre-orders would be available "at any time", suggesting that official Sony ads may not be too far away. It is difficult to be sure about anything until Sony says something, but fortunately, we are not far from the information being officially released. Stay tuned, and we'll keep you updated if we know anything else.
