1- descompacte o arquivo 2- escolha a opção adequada para a sua versão 32 ou 64 bits do windows e copie e cole para a pasta que o AOE3 esteja instalada(onde tem os exe do aoe3) 3- clique no registro, coloque em executar, depois sim, depois ok.
